After a 15 year career in advertising, traveling the world entertaining and building brand relationships, Sarah found herself fed up with steak + martini dinners. Having always been drawn towards wellness and nutrition, in 2012 Sarah pursued her degree as a Holistic Nutritionist from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world's largest nutrition school, and had the opportunity to learn from some of the most prominent and progressive leaders in the health world. Sarah now spends her time creating customized nutritional plans + helping clients implement structure around how they live their most well life. Additionally, she works with a team of private chefs to fully support her clients’ lifestyles.
