Wayne Visser is a man of many talents; writer, academic, film producer and CSR leader just to name a few. In this episode he takes us through the seven characteristics of sustainable leaders that he has identified through his work. We also explore how we can harness these characteristics in our own lives to become changemakers within our sphere of influence. Finally he closes with one of his poems, ‘Change the world’ leaving us feeling uplifted and inspired to make a difference.
