We had an engaging conversation with Julius about sustainability, the future of plant-based food, and his journey to becoming a plant-based content creator.

We discussed his passion for local street vendors, his experience gathering plant-based cooking knowledge from different cultures around the world, and his involvement with the cool organization, Slow Food.
