In that period 321 Foundation impacted 1 lakh+ students, 30,000 teachers and 1000 schools and an independent evaluation found that in just 1 year, 321 was improving student learning by 4 times. For his work, Gaurav was awarded the prestigious Ashoka & Echoing Green fellowships. He was also the first fellow recruited in the first batch of Teach for India.
