Sunday SOW Session workshop provides time for women to gather together to gain strategies to help facilitate their wellness. This is a safe space for women that provides applicable tools through interactive activities. Each session provides the opportunity for women to hear the perspective of other women's stories through the healing practice of sharing through testimony.
