On this week's episode I break down the shooting that happened at a Mexican restaurant in Houston in which an armed good Samaritan took down a robber at gun point by shooting him several times. Did the shooter cross the line of self defense and murder? I try to explain the difference between the two and provide you verbatim what the Texas Statute states when it comes to self defense and deadly force.
