Kristiina interviews Life Coach Denita Bremer to learn more about how she supports her clients.

Denita is a certified life coach and mom of 2 teens and a tween. She lives outside of Denver and does not like to ski or snowboard. She does like over 300 days a year of sunshine though! Denita certified through the Life Coach School 2 years ago and thoroughly enjoys helping Latter-day Saint women shame-proof their lives. Other than that, she lives an ordinary, boring life and likes it that way.
