Happy New Year!

We are starting off the year with our first guest comedian, community activist , and entertainer Anthony Williams. Inspired by the book Set Boundaries , Find Peace, we discussed the barriers to setting boundaries and  its impact on our mental health. Many adults struggle with lack of boundaries because of avoidance of negative outcomes ,people pleasing or not knowing when to say no or how to say no. In sharing our stories we hope to educate others in order to build healthy relationships with others and ourselves.
