Hi! Welcome to Independence Title’s PodCast- What’s your point? The Texas Real Estate Podcast that gets to the point. The Education Team at Independence Title wanted to create this podcast as a way to address important topics in a quick and informative manner. Each episode will have a different subject matter expert, and we will talk about their subject matter at the end of the conversation; they will be asked the essential question (and the podcast title)… "What’s your point??" They will then have about 5 minutes to summarize their point about the topic we discussed. The goal of the “What’s your point?” question is to provide Texas real estate agents with a short, sweet, almost elevator speech about the episode's topic. This way, when agents get asked by their clients: “What’s the market doing in Texas” or “what exactly is this title commitment thing” they will have a concise and to-the-point answer to offer.
