Learning to skillfully navigate emotions means you’re able to fully dive into emotions – even intense emotions – and still act with integrity. You act from your highest values, rather than reacting impulsively to the emotion.
Div Manickam has spent a few years navigating the emotional journey and learning that there are more emotions than just crying. She’s learning how to accept the now, be fully present, and not worry about the past or the future (things I don’t control).
Div has realized she was getting overwhelmed with everything that’s coming in the next few months. So, she’s beginning to understand the importance of taking it one step at a time.
