I really enjoyed talking with my guest, Helen Kingery, this week about her job and her journey on how she got where she is today. Helen is an associate director for communications in CDC’s National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, in the Division of Human Development and Disability and has worked for the CDC for 11 years across different divisions, supporting a variety of topics. Listen as she shares her experiences of being a missionary in Kenya for 2 years and why she decided to pursue a Masters in Public Health.
