This episodes features the lovely Micheal and Linda. They are two OT's working in London at the minute. They give an insight into their roles as OT's and what it's like working and living in London at the minute. We talk about the perspective that can be gained from a time like this. We also talk about the guilt of staying in UK or moving home to Ireland to help in a crisis. We look at how we can get creative and how we can help our mental health in isolation.
