Every year, 291 Colorado Whiskey drops my favorite annual release - their E series  They do something different each time.

Earlier this year, they put out batch 12, which was a Colorado Whiskey finished in Aspen Staves.  It took me a while, but I am finally getting around to tasting it!

Let's see if Batch 12 can hold a candle to some of the other batches from the past!
