As a computer scientist it's natural to be interested in the applications of the algorithms and heuristics we are coming up with. With the advance of computational power applying artificial intelligence became both cheaper and easier. In this series I'll share examples of how artificial intelligence can help children diagnosed with cancer to cope with the pain, distress and the loneliness.
