C.K. Mishra is an accomplished civil servant who retired after 37 years in the Indian Administrative Service. He is known widely for spearheading India’s efforts at addressing climate change issues and at policy interventions in matter relating to pollution and air quality. He also led the Indian negotiations at important forums such as United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and many others. He is also recognised for his significant contributions to improving the Indian public health landscape.
