Chloe Schweinshaut is a registered dietitian nutritionist who owns a private practice, Riverside Nutrition. She works with a variety of clients using a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness with a particular focus on first responders. She has worked with members of the Boston Fire Department, New York Fire Department, Cambridge Fire Department, Boston Police Department as well as private ambulance services to help them lead a healthier lifestyle with issues such as weight loss, cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. She is also a sought-after speaker and has spoken at Boston Fire’s Mullane Health and Safety Symposium as well as FDNY’s Uniformed Officers Association NYC Health & Safety Seminar. In addition, Chloe is a nutrition consultant for O2X, a human performance company that works with first responder communities, the military and federal agencies. Chloe lives in Cambridge, MA with her four kids, two dogs and firefighter husband.
