When I first started coaching, clients would come to me with the same types of goals and dreams. Although these dreams were all wonderful, I began to wonder why they were so similar. I came to realize that coaching isn't just about realizing dreams; it’s also about discerning their authenticity. This led me to explore why some of us struggle to dream as freely as others and how we can allow ourselves to dream again.
