For the majority of my life, I suffered with PCOS, severe IBS, Eczema, Psoriasis, Mold toxicity and Thyroid issues, I was quite miserable and in pain. Appointment after appointment with medical doctors and specialists only lead me to get worse with no hope of improvement. After deciding to try the holsitic route (which was way out of my comfort zone), I began to heal and reverse ALL my health issues. Today I am SYMPTOM FREE and feeling amazing! I have over 12 years of biology and holistic education under my belt and help people suffering with all health issues lead a healthier and more balanced life. I am here not only to share my journey but to help educate on the importance of a holistic lifestyle and to help everyone from all walks of life improve their health!
