Maxine Clark joins the Who's Who in St. Lou Show to talk about anumber of interesting topics.

We talk about what led her to St. Louis years ago, what was itabout the area the kept her here when she could have moved anywherebecause of her job in retail. Then of course we discus how thewonderful Build-A-Bear Workshop came to be along with how theBuild-A-Bear name was chosen.

Maxine also goes on to talk about how the company was able tocontinue growing without being hit nearly as hard during the 2008recession as many other companies were.

Then there is also the wonderful Clark Fox FamilyFoundation that she started with her husband over 10 years agothat takes up most of her time these days when she is not workingwith other local entrepreneurs to help them on their paths to besuccessful.
