• Did you know who Lambert Airport is named after? Lambert Airport was named after Albert Lambert who was a silver medal winner in the 1904 Olympics as part of the mens golf team. Albert Lambert was also the first St. Louis resident to hold a pilots license.
• Did you also know that Lambert Airport used to be one of busiest airports in the United States? At one point there were around 31 million people flying into and out of Lambert Airport.
