We have a special treat this week, kinda like a lollipop for your ears, with part one of our conversation with Dr. Taya Brown. A real coffee doctor, or “Doctora Cafe” as she is fondly called in Guatemala, that spends half her year working on the ground in rural communities supporting smallholder coffee farmers to develop sustainable practices. Taya answers our “why coffee?” question and shares what’s fuelling her work to improve the lives of coffee producers.
