ANXIETY. Do you get it? Probably. I have days where I can literally feel the nerves in my arms quivering and my legs don’t work. As much as it’s a terrible feeling, it’s also normal and can be observed. Unpacking and unstitching, reprogramming our brains is a scary process but TRUST ME, you’re not alone on that journey.
