Ryan became involved in the family contracting business as a teenager; however, he decided that he did not want to take over the family business and focused on athletics. Through hard work and dedication, he was able to become a professional baseball player and signed with the Los Angeles Angels.

His dream of building his career in the major leagues didn’t happen and it left Ryan wondering what was next. Through networking with high performing leaders, he found mentorship with one of the top businessmen in the region and nationally recognized roofing contractor.

Over the next 4.5 years, Ryan learned the mindset, vision, strategy, structure, systems, and processes of a $50 million per year local contracting sales organization. Today, Ryan uses that knowledge to grow his own company, Sales Transformation Group. He is on a mission to help contractors transform their companies with predictable sales models.
