Initially, Kelley wanted the title "Chief of Staff," but after getting a $17k raise, 4 bonuses at $5k each, stocks, personal development conferences and so much more... I finally convinced her to let go of the title and look at aaaaalllllll she got without it. 😀

Some women are so caught up in chasing titles to justify their existence that they miss the glaring things in their personal lives that create the need for external validation. Ladies, when you FINALLY get to the root of your issues, you won't need anything external to yourself to bring you joy.
