Charity Doyle holds a degree in Civil & Environmental engineering. She started out in the industry as a water resources engineer. However, wanting the freedom and flexibility to have both a career and a family on her own terms, she launched a consulting and marketing firm which led into marketing and sales training on both national and international fronts. Soon after, she obtained certification in life and business coaching, working with individuals and business owners all over the world for many years.
Eventually, the desire for a slower-paced life prompted her to leave Minneapolis to return to her home town of Rapid City. There, Charity began focusing on giving back to the community, starting with utilizing her coaching skills to tutor detainees at Western South Dakota Juvenile Services Center on a volunteer basis, helping them obtain their GEDs. She then ventured into public service, serving six years on the Rapid City Common Council in addition to serving as executive director for a small nonprofit.
Charity is now Executive Director of OneHeart, a campus designed to created viable pathways out of poverty for the Rapid City area.
