Allison is the Careers Lead at Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership, having previously been a Youth Adviser for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

Highly skilled in coaching and training, Allison’s current role involves her connecting educational establishments with employers to improve careers and enterprise provision for young people.
