'what is this pain trying to teach me'. Sit with the question, in nature, in meditation and with a journal
Box breathing technique:
Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 , exhale for 4 seconds, hold out for four. Repeat cycle 4 times.
Affirmation:
I surrender my resistance and allow the universe to give me what I need
