When we give ourselves agency by believing in what we have the power to choose; we change our lives.

Believing we are powerless and stuck keeps us living in a negative feedback loop.

If we live feeling that our circumstances, life situation, relationships, career, and sense of being our unchangeable, then we will continue to look for and validate the same negativity and stuckness that leads to a lack of expansiveness and transformation.  Who wants THAT?!
