In today's episode I am talking about the power struggle that occurs for your time between the things in your life you want to release versus what you want to create and how you can step into a feeling of ease instead. 

Recently I have had big realisations about an old story I have been carrying that there is struggle attached to my desires as well as I must fight and work as hard as possible to create them. 

Releasing this story isn't always easy especially when we feel like other things in our life will take over if we soften and surrender. 

In this episode I cover:

- The three parts of our life we can be in at any moment; release, present and creation

- How what we are releasing can compete for our time with what we are creating and cause an inner conflict for you

- Separating the power struggle between the two so you stop feeling exhausted

- How to tell if you are giving the same energy to what you're releasing and creating and what that will cause you to feel

- The question I ask myself to gain clarity on whether what I desire is right for me
