We all have problems but they are not the same. Consider your problems and fix them before internalizing problems that have nothing to do with you but you participate because it seems like you are being humble.I have been in situations where people literally are trying to force me to feel how they are feeling but i cannot relate because the problem doesn’t apply to me but yes i can see it’s affecting people and i sympathise with them but my number one goal is to protect my mental health.Surround yourself with positive people and feed off each other’s positivity. That way you can move in peace and function at your best and see opportunities that are not just in the environment you are in but beyond. I know Zimbabwe is tough but what can we do to change it and how can we best cope and uplift others? Not just complain.
