About Wine, Whiskey & Winners
This podcast is about carving out your path to winning in life on your own terms. Authentically, Confidently & Powerfully. Each episode uses my tasting notes of the featured wine or whiskey to describe and explore the path guests have traveled in life and/or career.

Episode #1 – Reliable Rosé
Guest
- Wine, Whiskey & Winners Podcast Creator, Founder and CEO of Hexagon Strategy Group – Erin White
- I decided to make myself the first guest so that at any time anyone listening or subscribing could get to know me and hopefully get inspiration to go for it from my own rough start.
Topics Discussed
- Why I started this podcast (and the road of procrastination I took to get the first episode recorded).
- A bit about my background and who I am as a person.
- The “tasting notes” of my personal journey.
Important Notes & Tips from Episode
- I recorded this episode about 3 weeks into the ‘shelter in place’ order in Georgia (USA) during the COVID-19 pandemic. Being alone forced me to look at myself and admit that busyness wasn’t why I hadn’t started my podcast; it was fear.
- Laugh at yourself. It makes making mistakes a lot easier to handle.
- Done is better than perfect.
- Try your best to push out the voices telling you you’re not good enough and do it anyway. You’ll get better with practice.
- If you hear a pause in the episode, I am most likely taking a sip of whatever adult bev is the highlight of the episode.
