It was a Monday in early February. Stacy was on her evening shift as a line cook at a fast food restaurant chain. There were very few customers, so she was sitting there, looking at her phone. When it was time to go home, she could clearly see that she had only four customers on that shift. Let’s have a listen together!

He started this podcast, because he wanted to help people with the knowledge of healthy food to avoid what had happened to his father and his friend, as well as healthy mindset, mentality and attitude towards life.
