Pushing a stroller, Jane walked ahead of her 3-year old daughter Jennet. With her mobile phone in her hand, Jane took a selfie with her and her daughter behind. She then sent the picture to her mom, who was expecting them for a visit. But Jennet was walking differently behind. Let’s have a listen together!

He started this podcast, because he wanted to help people with the knowledge of healthy food to avoid what had happened to his father and his friend, as well as healthy mindset, mentality and attitude towards life.
