Dr. Diana hill has flipped my world lately, she is humble, relatable and gives so many great tools for the modern mom ( Me). This year is a year for me and so grateful to find her podcast, I always feel so inspired and excited after her episodes, I usually send them to all my girlfriends. Thanks Dr. Diana, your work in this world is so valuable in this stage in time, much gratitude.
I really love this podcast. So far I have listened to 3 episodes and they are fabulous. I have been listening to Psychologists off the Clock for a few years and always looked forward to Diana's episodes so I was confident that her own dedicated podcast would be worth listening to. I was correct. It is Diana's emphasis on contemplative practice within a strongly behavioural context that is unique and progressive. I am studying ACT from a behavioural angle but this podcast and Diana's approach has shown me the real need to keep returning to mindfulness. The strongly blended approach and the episodes with Diana guiding us along render this podcast as my new flexible favourite. Thank you Diana for your depth of experience and humility.
I've listened to all of Dr. Diana Hill's podcasts and hear in them a great balance of referenced scientific research, themes from longstanding wisdom traditions, and her own personal experience as a therapist, mother, wife, and teacher. She is honest, clear, kind, funny, and interesting. This podcast has helped me tremendously in my personal life as a parent of adult children, grandmother, wife, caretaker for my 97 yr old mother, and friend.
Diana has such a wonderful way of articulating what so many of us are thinking and feeling. She has given her listeners the perfect toolbelt of psychology, mindfulness, and neuroscience tips to help us thrive and better understand how to make choices that are in alignment with our highest good. Love this new podcast!

Diana is a great facilitator of conversation and exploration with mental health and wellness experts of all kinds -- I learn from every episode and try not to miss any.
I can’t emphasize enough how much I love this podcast. I’ve learned so much from Diana and always feel calmer and more centered after listening to an episode. I’m learning what is important to me and how to step towards my values even when life is difficult. This podcast is informative, empowering, and a huge comfort to me. I especially appreciate how she beautifully summarizes each episode and ends with practices to integrate what we’ve learned in to daily life. I recommend this podcast to everyone!
I loved Dr. Hill on Psychologists Off the Clock, and I love this podcast just as much. It's great for learning about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as other cutting edge areas in psychology and society. Dr. Hill is a great interviewer, and her solo episode on acceptance moved me to tears. I'm still thinking about it. Looking forward to more episodes.
I know Dr. Diana Hill from years of listening to Psychologists Off The Clock. I found her to be well-informed on many topics but especially on those related to parenting, personal relationships, and emotional intelligence. Diana has become a trust expert who is not only insightful and empathetic but also connects to her listeners by simplifying the concepts. After all, if we don’t understand, we aren’t really learning. I look forward to her new podcast!
