Welcome to the first episode of the WiSE Spotlight Series!
We had the privilege of speaking to Dr. Megan Hall, a biologist and Environmental Scientist working at the San Francisco Bay Development and Conservation Commission. Dr Hall is interested in how human activities affect the natural world, particularly in ocean and coastal environments. Dr. Hall is a Project Manager for the Fill for Habitat Bay Plan amendment, a piece of legislation that aims to tackle the effects of sea level rise in the bay. Her work lies at the intersection of environmental science and policy.
