Busy week and lots learned!

What I have learned:

1. When you do things that excite you, you become excited2. We don’t all communicate the same so we have to be willing to teach people who to communicate with us but also learn how to communicate with others in their own understanding.- Acknowledgement 3. After listening to a video with @tailopez and @tombilyeu on @impacttheory- I was wondering why there are not more women out in the motivational coaching world. I love @msrachelhollis because she is so real and authentic!

What I want to work on:

1. Downtime 2. Putting a plan in place for 20203. Spread love
