Ken is President & Founder of KRI Properties a leading property management firm in FL currently managing over 2,000 doors.  Ken has more than 23 years of real estate, private equity, banking and principal investing experience.
He has closed transactions above $1.5 billion, much of it in acquiring, managing and financing various multi-family real estate projects as well as playing a significant role in the due diligence for institutional investors. Ken is a CPA with deep tax/accounting experience and previously Ken also owned several Cessna pilot training centers.
