Clean Beer is Important

and you can't have clean beer without clean lines. Don't spend your money on good beer if it's being pulled through terrible lines.

In this episode, I talk to Andy Dvornski of The Clean Beer Initiative about his business and his process. The Clean Beer Initiative handles dozens of establishments' draft systems around Western New York making sure the lines are cleaned on a regular basis. It makes finding a good place for craft beer much easier.
