Ryan is like a lot of people growing up in Buffalo. Nothing handed to them and earning their stripes one day at a time. Buffalo born and bred, moved to Florida in 2003 to pursue a career in mortgages. While planting his business roots in Florida, like most Buffalonians, he felt the call to come back and plant his business roots here as well. He started CrossCountry Mortgage Buffalo. We talk about all the ups and downs, the in-betweens and what really paid off for him along the way. It wasn't what he expected. Ryan is also a father of two teenagers.
