Laura specialises in intuitive eating at the London Centre for Intuitive Eating and has just published her first book, Just Eat It debunking diet culture and offering an alternative to our damaging and complex relationships with food and eating. In this chat she offers insight into why we behave the way with do with food as well as advice on how we can change how we think to change how we eat.
