As women, our daily live is a giant juggling act: between our daytime/survival jobs, our household responsibilities (actual ones and those self-imposed), our "side hustles" and entrepreneurial goals, while helping other grown a$$ adults with their projects and saving the world, we are pulled in thousand directions.

Enter the guilt, the perceived "failing," external voices/lies about ourselves we can no longer distinguish from our own true voice, and pressures and oppressions of different systems, and the juggling act becomes so overwhelming that we lose balance and the ability to maintain, and the weight of it all eventually drops on us.
