Sabrina Souto has so much love to share with this world! In her practice as an Acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner, she has witnessed and facilitated miracles in her patients. As co-owner of Mala & Me, she and her sister share their deep belief that "You Are Soul" with their beautiful gemstone jewelry. Most recently, Sabrina is hosting a series of workshops based around confidence and sexuality. "Sexuality is not just about sex, it's about how we create," says Sabrina. "Often we can get caught up in the belief that healing needs to be hard work" but her Confidence Series aims to facilitate healing that's easy and fun!

On this podcast, I talk with Sabrina about her practice and how it's evolved over the years to dive deep into women's sexual health. It's so beautiful that she has found this line of work and is able to heal others with her learning. She says, "it has been my greatest healer". We delve into what she believes real intimacy is and how she overcame her fear of it.
