Kriti talks to us about networking and recruiting across geographies in a very people-centric industry and her experience working in early stage and growth stage funds. She addresses culture at VC firms and how both men and women are keen to help improve gender representation at the decision table.

Kriti is a second year MBA student at HBS. She is currently working with corporate venture firm, PayPal Ventures, where she focuses on later stage investments. Before starting her MBA at HBS, Kriti has had trading experience at Deutsche Bank as well as venture investing experience at an early to mid-stage fund in India- Chiratae Ventures. She has also been an entrepreneur in the past in the Agri-tech space and is an alum of IIT Bombay.
