Fiona is the President of the National Council of Women of South Australia, National Vice President of the National Council of Women of Australia Inc Ltd, Chair of the Premier's Council for Women, and Governor at St Peter's College. Fiona has enjoyed contributing to South Australian community organisations such as the Australia Day Council of SA as a Board Member and at RPH Adelaide 1197am as a newsreader, where she has advocated for human rights, the environment, homelessness, and domestic violence.

Fiona Dorman believes progressing women's rights in Australia means bringing people to the table who can join in the conversation and combining talents and networks. Fiona wants every woman's voice to count so we can close the gender pay and superannuation gaps, and progress financial security and participation nationally.
