My first guest is Edinburgh-based dancer, choreographer and yoga teacher Becca Hunt. Becca studied contemporary dance at Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, achieved her PGCE at the University of Greenwich, was an incredible highly-respected pastry chef at the famous Hawksmoor and recently completed her 300 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training.
On the subject of failure, Becca says:
I have spent a lot of time in my life feeling like a failure. However, I look back on the failures that, at the time, crippled my self confidence and see them as turning points in my life.
They’ve led me to where I am today which is, a pretty happy place to be. My perception of failure has changed dramatically over the past 2 years.
