ADHD Babes is a community group for Black Women and Non-Binary people with ADHD that creates safe spaces for them to reach their potential. The four discuss the challenges Black Women and Non-Binary people with ADHD face in the UK and cultural and racial issues that lead to 'masking' of symptoms or misdiagnosis. They also explore whether or not someone with ADHD can have successful friendships outside of neurodiverse communities. ADHD Babes offers an excellent support system through their community on Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and real life! Members can join regular meet-ups or events and access support services like outreach programs and diagnosis support.
