From an early age we believe we are made of sugar and spice and all things nice therefore, females learn to be polite, stand back and not ask. When life throws it's many curve balls,  being nice doesn't always  build a woman's inner strength, abilities and confidence.  To become more confident we should listen, offer our advice/opinion and ask?
