"I will be travelling entirely by human power on foot, by bike, rowing and on skis and will be travelling around 13,000 miles through 20 countries. I'm just back from the first leg in Africa which was a five week journey that included 1600 miles of cycling through extreme 45 degrees heat and some hostility but I made it to the end."
