In a layby on the outskirts of the picturesquely revolting village of Mybermole, Jewel of the Cotswolds, squats a decrepid caravan, home to Mr Timpkins and his adopted nephew raymond, a person who might these days be described as special. Join them and their long suffering neighbours as they struggle daily to find love and keep their trousers emptyish, respectively.
