On May 19th, 2021 life changed drastically as Chris Oberheim, beloved husband, father and police officer with 20 years of experience was shot and killed while on duty and responding to a call for help. Amber and her daughters created a God-serving foundation in Chris' honor called the Peacemaker Project 703 where they proactively support law enforcement officers and their families through community outreach, reform, and education.
